Pressure Treated Pine Fencing
Treated with MicroPro® Technology
Dynamic Fence uses pressure treated pine treated with MicroPro® technology. MicroPro® pressure treated wood is treated with micronized copper preservatives, which help protect against termite damage and fungal decay. MicroPro® offers many benefits including significantly improved corrosion performance. Learn more about MicroPro® technology.Pressure treated Pine is the most used choice for wood fencing. More affordable and easily available than red cedar, pressure treated pine fences, if built and cared for properly, can last upwards of twenty years.
A fence built with pressure treated pine will consist of a yellowish to green color wood that will often turn gray over the years. Dynamic Fence suggests sealing your fence once the wood has had a chance to dry thoroughly. Sealing your fence involves applying a water repellant sealer to the fence that also has UV protection added, to help protect from rain and the sun’s damaging rays. Sealers come in a variety of wood color tones as well as clear. Pine fences can also be painted.
To assure there will be no corrosion or “bleeding” of the nails, Dynamic Fence uses hot dipped galvanized fasteners / nails during the assembly process. Finally, because of the direct contact with soil and moisture, all of our posts are pressure treated with concrete footings for added protection against the elements.
